You get to pick one of two superpowers.
You get to be invisibile or you get to read minds.
Which is it.
Why?

Invisible - I don't know if I want to know what people are actually thinking...but it would be pretty great to go into places I normally can't enter and all that jazz.

Invisible.
Don't really want to know what goes on inside their noggins.

You know--this is a hard question. When I was a kid, I always wanted to be invisible--and did my best to be as invisible as I could be. When I was older, I wanted to be able to read people's minds because I felt like people weren't truthful with me.
Now--I think I'd wish for neither. Invisibility is very, very lonely. And I learn so much from interacting with people and being seen. Reading minds--oh, God, I'd just rather not. It would hurt pretty terribly, I think.
If pressed, though, I'd go with reading minds because a) it's less lonely, and b) I'd rather feel.

Invisible....I don't want to know what other people are thinking. There are too many random things that pop into my head that could/would be taken the wrong way if said outloud that I wouldn't want to judge someone else on their random thought.

I agree with Alma, I don't think I'd want either of these particular superpowers.
I *would* like to be able to fly, though... or at least, to teleport instantly from Point A to Point B.

The real question here is wether either of these abilities would be permanent or 'switchable' ... If I could not turn them off, I'd not want either. 'switchable'? ... I'll take invisibility, think of all the cool places you could chill and people watch... Say, Oval Office? Movie Sets? ...
Then again, the occasional 'on-demand' mind read would probably really come in handy.
... I choose 'C' ... Flying!

I'd take invisible, just to sneak into concerts. I'd love to be able to fly but with my luck, I'd get sucked into a jet engine and crash the damn thing.

Now that many of you have commented, here's my answer.
Read minds. Hands down.
When I was in 8th grade, my Dad was the chairman of our church fair. He drove our whole family around to parishioner's homes so we could drop off raffle tickets. As I dropped a set off at a parishoner's house ( her son was in the same grade as me) I forgot I had to ask her something. So I went back to ring the doorbell...but my hand froze as I heard her talking about me, comparing me to my sister Diane, who was in the same class.
Let's just say it was very interesting to know the 100% truth of what someone thought of you. Honesty is the trait (virtue??) I value most, so I was actually grateful to hear what she had to say, even tho it made me somewhat sad.
So yeah. I'd read minds in a heartbeat.
Besides, invisibility is not all it's cracked up to be.

Invisibility. Most definitely. I'm often scared of knowng what people are thinking anyway.
Even cooler would be teleportation. That would be the best.
