...time I have had to shovel snow this Winter. The snow on the South side of the street melted hours ago. Note to self - next house I buy will face South.

Need to shower and grab lunch then back to work in 30 minutes.

Unless you move to the Southern hemisphere, then north-facing would receive more melting help from the sun...
